looking into buying a 650w thermaltake smart series psu,or an EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B1 80+ BRONZE,my budget consists of 60 dollars for a power supply.I want something future proof, since i might get a power hungry card like an r9 390,and an overclocked fx 6300 later down the line.

You should avoid at all times the Smart and Smart Modular Series power supplies, they are built down to a low price and use low quality components, meaning they won't last long.

The SuperNOVA series is much better, however the B1 and G1 aren't as good as the B2, G2 and P2 supplies. If only you could pay $10 more and get the B2 750, you'll be satisfied for years to come:

the thing is,i'm on a really tight budget, should i just get the better power supply and get a lower end video card? im planning on an r7 370,if i get or either an EVGA 650 GQ 80+ GOLD, or an Seasonic S12II 520 BRONZE with an r7 360,is it worth it?

I have a tight budget, i'd have to downgrade the fx 6300 to an x4 860k.Do i get the CQ and the 370 and the x4 860k,and upgrade to zen/skylake later on,or get the CQ and the 360 with the fx 6300,and upgrade to the r9 390 later?
(i won't be upgrading for 1-2 years)
