These are my components is the anything I need to know?

I am planning to build my first pc these are my components

Cpu amd fx 6100
Gpu hd radeon 7850
Ram 8gb patriot
Hdd 1tb western digital
Case Fractal design core
Cooler cx430
Motherboard as rock 760g

I already have a monitor,keyboard and mouse is there anything that would stop me building this computer and playing it?
(i.e. will it work,are the components compatible,am i missing anything).thanks for your time.

AMD recommends 500w PSU with 7850. that CX430 might be able to power all your component but it is better if you go for recommended psu for your gpu. get something like Corsair CX500. if you considering to ooverclock go for 550w-600w PSU
