Question These cpu contacts look ok?

Bought this ultra 7 265k from an Amazon return place for 25 bucks. The cpu looks good from a straight angle but when I turned it at home it looks like my picture.
Before I go out and buy an expensive motherboard I would like to hear some thoughts.
