Question these ram sticks compatible with each other?

thnx for paying attention. m going for a dual channel memory setup.these are the ram sticks - Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 LPX 2400MHz C16 RAM and ZION 8 GB DDR4 PC 2400 UB DIMM-(ZHY24008192)DESKTOP RAM. why bother with two different brands? one of them is quite cheap compared to the other. my motherboard is Biostar b150 ver.5.cpu is i5 7400. once again thnx for ur attention.

Even mixing the same make and model from different kits carries a risk of issues. RAM is only guaranteed to work in the combination it is sold. Mixing kits often works ok but their is a risk, the more difference between the sticks the greater the chance of issues.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Increase DRAM voltage
