OK Ned, go to the THGC F@H Team website, and under the Team Member page, I put a new like for Ned_Flanders Page. Tell me what you think???

Systems Running F@H:
AMD: [A64 3200+] [XP2800+ x2] [XP2400+]
Intel: [P4 2.8 x4] [P4 2.0] [P4 1.8] [P4 1.7] [P4 1.6 x2] [P4 1.4M] [Xeon 1.0] [Cel 1.0] [P3 ??]

ROFL!

But I propose the following text:

Ned_Flanders, probably the greatest Folder of all time. It is often said that the spelling of "Team" should actually be "Ned_Flanders".
Our God often would say - "I'm the greatest, I do not need a team to be the best Folder in the land", and people would flock to agree with him.

A daily pilgrimage should be made to the shrine of Flanders to worship his holyness. The best way to do this is to fold at least 1 Flander(a.k.a Work Unit) a week.

This wil make him pleased, and so it shall pass that you will live in happiness for the rest of your days.

Hail Ned_Flanders and all his subjects...Fold On!

Welcome to my Shed of Pleasure

Somehow I think not.

NO ONE gets a special page, cept maybe me cause I made the website  !

If I gave you your own "special" page, I'd have everyone wanting their own, and thats just too much work for me to bother with right now.

Tell you what, if we break the top 75, I'll make you your own special page, complete with whatever you want on it. Sound OK?

I know you were joking. So was I  .

Well, OK, maybe I wasn't joking about giving myself a special page. After all, I did create this masterpiece

Very Nice work on folding team we have been climbing up the ranks, but of course from what I now read it is all due to Ned "I would rather fold'em than hold'em" Flanders

1) Sjonnie did <A HREF="http://forumz.tomshardware.com/software/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=49898#49898" target="_new">this.. did u grab some of it? </A>

2) This stuff is from Slvr_Phoenix ... It's kinda nice

Momma always said Folding@home was like a box of proteins. You never know what you're gonna get. - Folding Gump

Folding paper takes skill. Folding laundry takes time. Folding space takes one big arse power source. But folding proteins is free. - The Silver Phoenix Group

My fellow protein-based life forms, ask not what Folding@home can do for you: Ask what you can fold for Folding@home." - John Folding Kennedy

Whoa. Those proteins are like folding and stuff. - F@H Dude

Fourscore and seven years ago Folding@home brought forth on this internet a new program, conceived in science and dedicated to the proposition that not all proteins are folded equal. - Foldingham Lincoln

Do dit do da do de doh doh, dee bah do dit doh. Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doh de doh. Ha ha ha ha! - Hampton @ Hampsterdance

I just had to toss that one in.

To err is human; to fold, divine. - Folding@home User

I'm folding it! - McFolding@homes

I don't wanna close my eyes. I don't wanna fall asleep. 'Cause I'd miss folding you, protein, and I don't wanna miss a thing. - Foldingsmith

Just as soon as I finish folding, then it's time I get some points. - Metallicprotein

I folded the protein, and it opened up my eyes I folded the protein. - Ace of Folding

Somewhere over the internet, way up high, there's a protein that I folded once for THGC. - Dorothy from F@H

Can fold this. (oh-oh oh oh oh-oh-oh) - MC Folder

Oh, I've got big work units. I've got big work units. And they're such big work units. Dirty big work units. And he's got big work units. And she's got big work units. But we've got the biggest work units of them all! - THGC/F@HC

Then folds my protein, my F@Hers at THGC: How great thou work unit. How great thou work unit. - The Ungodly Folders @ THGC

I think every one should have his day in the sun.

Accolades are due the lowliest contributor as well as the largest. Everyone can make a contribution to humanity and should leave their legacy behind.

I now its tough and I don't know if u can automate the page update the way the Overclockers do it but as they say the raw data is available. That is a less time consuming exercise in the long run.

i still reckon my little slogun is nice: 'give blood, fold@home, do the right thing.'

oh and to take a benchmark do i have to dl the console based program and not the GUI one? or have i just not found the right .exe when running .cmd promt?

I updated the site today. Sorry I didn't get to it yesterday, I was out of town for the weekend.

Anyways, good to see some new team members.

Looks like we'll have a "new" member soon. My brother has F@H installed on his machine, and it was running under my name, but he changed it to his own nick today (either yukonsjoy or MissingLink), so I am losing the production. :frown:

We always need new team members.. I think alot of them see how hard it is to generater points and drop out though.

BTW. I may be gone on business here and there. Looks like things are heating up and that means I may drop off the folding scene. So don't freak. I'll probably still be alive but somewhere out there instead of at home with my comptures.

We dont need you to fold. Your computers doesn't need you to fold.
We do need your computers folding, so leave them, but leave them running. If you dont, you wont get the point.
Besides, you dont want to make it too easy on Stefan.

   I'd like to thank The Academy, my wife (who has supported me throughout this whole endeavor), and my computer running 24/7, without whom none of this would be possible. Thank you all.

Seriously though, if anyone has noticed my score jumping up recently, that's because I'm running two instances on my P4 now, thanks to HT. It really does seem to be making a difference.
