Question Thinking about replacing my gpu

I'm think about replacing my gtx 970 with rtx 2070. But I dont really know how to do it. Like how do I know if its compatible with my old system? What are the steps before and after I install it?

My current pc spec:

Motherboard: MSI X99A Raider ATX

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5

CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-5820K Six-Core 3.30GHz 15MB

RAM: 16GB (4GBx4) DDR4

Power Supply: Corsair RMi series RM750i 750 watt.

You can comfortably upgrade your gpu without needing to upgrade anything else.

How to install a video card

When its installed you need to remove your old drivers and download new ones that are for your new gpu.
You could also do a clean driver install (DDU) but its not a must since you are not moving to an amd card.
