OK, don't laugh. I have an old Logitech G15 keyboard. I am no longer sure how old it is, but they came out in 2006. It still works perfectly, but I have to admit that maybe it's time to think about replacing it. I just upgraded from Haswell components to Skylake with a GTX 1070 card, so thinking about upgrading the keyboard may be simply an extension of that.

I am a gamer but I am not big into FPS; however, I think I might like to go with a mechanical KB this time. When I look at them and their prices I start to second guess myself. The G15 is still working just fine, I am very used to it, and it has never even hiccupped so I can't say I NEED to replace it. Thinking that I am going to spend more on it than the cost of a nice SSD makes me a little nervous, so I am looking for all the good advice I can get.

I've been reading reviews, but I would appreciate input from this community.

Look at the white fox. And mechanical keyboards last waaaaaaaaaay longer then membrane keybaords, Their much more reliable is the reason people go for them, That an they have a much more tactile feel to them. Once you mech you dont go back.
That an you get what you pay for. You dont expect gtx 1070 quality out of a 200 card, Same thing applies to keyboards.

Thanks for the reply, but this is not at all something I would consider. I am looking for a full size US keyboard, arrow keys, number pad, the whole thing. Some programmable G keys would be nice. I apologize for my failure to mention those details.
