It has colour space issues. DCI-P3 is not very accurate. The three HDR modes have issues.
Lack of calibration control.
There is no dedicated sRGB mode.
137 PPI.

I've had one of these since shortly after introduction. For what I do (text DTP, and general website/forum content support), it's a fabulous monitor.
However, as the other commenters have pointed out, it's not suited to critical color work, HDR or HFR.
It also lacks a camera, which I saw as a benefit. Many may differ.

What I'd really like is the same thing in 38-40in, still 16:9 (or 16:10), with a slightly deeper radius. Haven't seen anything like that … or anything else like the S3221QS, for that matter.
