[SOLVED] "This app is preventing shutdown windows 10" after Re-Install Realtek Audio and Sonic Studio 3

Hello all,
I have an issue after re-install Sonic Studio 3 and Realtek HD Audio from my systems (Motherboard Asus B450-e Gaming). If I turn off my PC (Shutdown) on my screen always show up (message) "this application preventing to shutdown" my PC but i already close all application before turn off my PC. Anyone can help me to solve this issue ?
Already try solve with other method on internet, but it is always showing up on my case.

what was other method you tried?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame
