I understand the first 1 has a better processor and better graphics card but its the brand. I don't no people say Ibuypower isn't that good..

The first one is a quad core CPU while the 2nd one is an 8 core CPU, so a bit slow but 4 more cores.

Ahaha, I found it particularly entertaining that they have a 300w in a FX8120 + 6670 but a 700w in a FX4100 + 7750.

That said I would probably grab the 7750 instead of the 8120. unless you werent opposed to spending to upgrade the GPU and PSU.

But that kinda defeats the purpose of buying a prebuilt...

Went through the rest of ibuypowers lineup and some of them are just ridiculous. This one is exactly the same but has a 2gb card instead of 1gb and is 130 bucks more: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229395

the 7750 is a faster card. If this is the system of choice and you are not willing to build your own get the one with the 7750.

I edited The above build to be much more powerful for the same money. Also, building a computer is quite easy and there are many helpful online guides to assist you. This build will be far better than any prebuilt for the same money.

Yup. PC Partpicker is just a site that allows you to piece together a system with parts and prices from all different vendors. You will just get random parts over the course of a week or and have to put them together.

Ah.. I been watching youtube vidoes.. Not to complicated its just the motherboard looks complicated. I dont want to mess it up and drop a screw in their. Cause i dont have a electric screw driver. and what happens if you touch the stuff. thats like gold or on youtube videos he keeps saying not to touch?

You don't need an electric screw driver at all. And if you do touch anything as long as your grounded you will be fine. Of course you do have to be careful with certain things. You can't go smashing stuff willy nilly and expect it to work. And don't scrape up the motherboard traces with your screw driver.

Not gonna watch that whole video if theres any specific points you want me to clarify please point them out

Can i run mid setings? without Adding$ anything.

Im just wanting to run on mid settings no higher. With decent frame rates on GW2. Please answer if possible.

I can upgrade the graphics card down the road but for now will that work?

no the 6450 is too weak. Upgrade to the 7750 and you can probably run mid settings
