Hey there,

It's pretty solid all round. I'd prob go the extra hog for a 7700xt or higher, if you wanna stream. Bit more CPU grunt does help.

I would go with 1080P with that gpu so that you maintain decent frame rates.

The motherboard needs to be good enough to handle 7000 CPUs, including powerful l ones you may wish to upgrade to some day. Cheap and crappy motherboards hold the PC back.
The Eagle is not the best but it will do and it's much better than the mATX budget board.

Silicon Value don't have as good a reputation. It's probably fine, but this TeamGroup kit is very fast and it's price is good.

Crucial P3 Plus is good. Mp44 is slightly better, but either is ok.

The case you wanted doesn't have a USB-C port. The Montech Air 903 is cheaper, and the Max comes with fans included. It's the cheapest, decent case out there. If you don't like the look of it, try Phanteks or beQuiet, or even Fractal Design. Fractals cost more but there are a few cheaper ones around.

The DeepCool PSU is built on a SeaSonic platform, so why not just go to the source? If you can find that DeepCool for a knockout price, buy it.

The mouse and keyboard are entirely up to you. But as others have said, avoid low end Razer products.
I have a pair of Prime+ mices. Only thing i hate is dumb steelseries software that keeps pushing unrelated products on me. But the quality is great. Can find them cheap too.

Edit - If i were you, i would want to see the monitor in person, and i would definetly want to try out different mechanical keys. Don't buy these "blind".
