To cut costs:
Cheaper motherboard that will be sufficient for a 2600 and even upgrades down the road.
Cheaper GTX1650 Super that actually performs about the same
To make it better:
Added a budget tower cooler so you can overclock if you want.
Stronger quality PSU. It is lower wattage but still sufficient.
More reliable and faster SSD

Ends up being $50 cheaper and better

A Ryzen 5 3600 instead of a 2600, the same SSD but now you get 1 TB HDD as well for mass storage, a GTX 1660 vs the 5500xt you had chosen and a more reliable PSU. Overall, it should be better bang for the buck.
