Question This PC is new, and I am pretty shocked that my specs are way below percentile in userbenchmark.

yes, only 1 stick of ram and cpu temp is 38°C at idle
Single channel RAM makes a computer underperform quite a lot therefore it is the culprit. However that is 1 factor, the huge underperformance is another factor, I am certain.
Have a look at this video just to show how much it compares to 8x2 rather than 1x16

That is normal also what is the CPU overclock to and you know the 2060 is a great 1080p video card at 60fps but you know it all makes sense especially with one stick of RAM that's going to hold you back then you know hopefully you have an SSD at least so you know it's normal the score is normal
