[SOLVED] This thing always pops up when i start up windows,how do i disable it?

I have tried disabling it myself but it didn't work,can someone help?

Have you tried

click start and type control
select control panel from the top of the search results
select ease of access
select change how your keyboard works
untick "turn on toggle keys by holding NUM LOCK key for 5 seconds"
click Apply then OK

check your shift key isn't sticking as it is turned on with pressing shift 5 times I think.
