Thoughts on this "budget" build?

I am trying a build because I have many pieces from upgrading a prebuilt machine. I just started getting into PC gaming so I plan to upgrade the gpu in the future when I have more money. That being said this is my first build.

I already have the psu, gpu, RAM, keyboard/mouse and can get a discounted Win 10 from a friend who works for Microsoft. Because of this the RAM I have would not fit into the mobo I wanted (ASRock Fatal1ty). So the rest of the parts on this list would be about $450. Any suggestions on improving this build around this price is appreciated.

I actually found a Fatal1ty mobo that would work. It does increase the price about $50.

What is your max. budget you are willing to spend on this computer? Also what country do you live in.

You can get an NVidia GTX 950 for only a little more then the GTX 750 ti

As stated I already own the graphics card. I put that in the parts list to show the full build. The only parts needed are the CPU, mobo, case and HDD

Just FYI - "Z" class motherboards are generally paired with unlocked "K" class CPUs for overclocking purposes. "H" class motherboards are generally paired with non-K CPUs because the board doesn't have overclocking features. Right now you do have a Z board with a non-K CPU, but the price difference between Z and H is usually small. Just keep this in mind if you do/don't plan on overclocking.

Your build looks good for the price range given that you plan to . Personally I'd be looking at an SSD and a board for DDR4 RAM, but you already have some of the components and that would increase the budget.

I see. After looking on pcpartpicker I noticed there were only 2 (really 4 but 3 of them were the same in a different form factor) H170 mobo to choose from, one Asus and one Gigabyte. Do you think it's better to switch to this for $30 less if I don't plan on OC'ing?
