What is the i7 useful for then, just curious?
I have a pretty big blu ray collection so the blu ray disc drive is pretty important to me haha

With the RAM, will 11 CAS latency be okay, it has 2133MHZ or would it be better to get 1600MHz and 9 latency?

Honestly I have no idea about RAM timing. I think the i7 is useful for production programs like video editing, graphics rendering etc.. really cpu intense programs that utilize all cores. Pretty sure pc games only use 2 cores at the moment.

Yeah, I thought so!

Better to go for the cheaper 780 than the 780 ti too?

Huh? I see 2x 660's in your list but you should always go for the more expensive single card for a new build. That way in a year or two, if you need to, you can buy another card and SLI. Just make sure your PSU has enough watts to support a 2nd card. I dont know if the 780ti is worth the extra money.. do a google search for benchmarks and decide.

The build with the 2 660 ti's is my current build, the one underneath that is the build I want to upgrade to haha!

(The build at the top is the one in my picture)

Any problems with running games on max? For example I know games are now using the full 3GB for things like Ultra textures.
