Thread_stuck in device drivers

i have do alot of research about this problems but seem liie none is working.
fresh build, pc keep on getting the blue screen of death even tho drivers of everything is up to date and sometimes i reinstall the graphics driver and it work but only for 1 or 2 days then the blue screen again.
specs
i3 7100
gygabyte ga b150m d3h
rx480
8gb

please help

Did you do a clean install of windows?? You didnt take a hdd out of something else and install it in this?

IS BIOS F20 on this? It needs this BIOS to support that C PU

clean install window TWICE already
it BIOS F21 ( already brought to the store for people to update it already)
when I use the intel 630 graphics it working fine but the rx480 seem like doesn't have any problems on it either
I think it might be the rx480 drivers ( when I first finishing install window, it required window update and it didn't able to install Amd rx480 drivers)
