Would a PNY geforce ti4400 work on my pc without any problems?

Specs:
AMD Athlon 1400+
AGP 4x slot
2 20gb HDDs
2 CD-rom drives
1 case fan
200w power supply

Well, I am trying to make a low cost tv tuning pc for my dad. I just need to know if this card will run. I already have 2 other pcs that blow this one away.
