Time going slightly slower

Hello,

I have a problem with the time managing.
The time loses like a second every day, which results in a mess in programs like Skype.
When I set the time back to internet time, the same happens after few days.

Is there any fix for this? My guess could be it's caused by CR2032, but I'm not sure about it.
My Motherboard is GIGABYTE X58-USB3 with Xeon X5570.

Currently I'm about 5 sec late (for example when it's 00:00:10, my time is 00:00:05)

well, according to Einstein time does run slower the faster someone is moving. Are you traveling very very fast?

Sorry, I kid, that subject title baited me. Windows7/8/10 all automatically adjust their time on a daily basis to match the world clock. So as long as you have a windows7 or more OS your time should be synced automatically.

Haha yeah, sorry for that, English isn't my native language, I couldn't describe it better. 😀
It's okay if it synces then, but the clock manages to go out of sync everyday and it bothers me alot because of Skype.
When I message someone and the person replies to me, it's okay. But if I reply again a bit fast (when reply takes me less than ~5 seconds), I see my reply above his reply..
