Here are my specs:

Intel 4770K
32 GB Ram
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H
Corsair RM650 PSU
Corsair Hydro Series H100i
2X 1TB HDD
3X 120GB SSD

I had a 760 GTX and it has worked perfectly. I just upgraded to a Titan X.
It worked for 2 day. Every night I shut off my computer. On the third morning, I woke up and turned on my PC and the screen stayed black. All the fans were spinning and lights on. I checked all my connections and reseated the Graphics card... Still no luck. I called Tech support through Nvidia and we went through some steps but couldn't fix it.

After a week, I got a replacement. It worked for one day. I turned it off at night and in the morning the display would just be black again. I called Tech support and they suggested I try a different PCI EX slot. I did and it worked! But then I turned off my computer and it stopped working again. They are now escalating the issue but I don't know if they can fix it. My old 760 GTX is back in and working while I wait for support.

Do you guys have any ideas why this is happening?

So far they have had me do this:

Update Bios: It was already up to date.
Reseat card
Try different PCIE slot
Update Drivers
Disconnect DVD Drive to lessen Power

I could try to reset Bios, but I am scared of losing my settings. I don't want to mess up anything.
As for the PSU, the recommended is 600. Mine is Gold rated 650. This is what I have connected to my PC:
h100i cooler, CPU, MB, 2 HDD, 3 SSD, 1 DVD, GPU

I added all my parts into PC Part Picker and it doesn't say my PSU is insufficient.... It only requires 600 but I thought maybe since I have the cooler in, it might put it over the top.

Not too many,
You could try booting your PC with just your OS drive plugged in
Install the slightly older drivers ( not the GTA V ones ) and do an express install the clean install ticked at the bottom ( it will delete any saved game profiles you have )

Possibly solved. I found a link on these forums. I disabled my integrated CPU graphics driver and rebooted. So far I have restart my computer 3 times and it still works.... I will keep this updated in case anything else happens.

How much the GPU cost you? And where from you bought it?

Not cheap lol. I got it straight through Nvidia store. It's $999 plus tax. I spend most of my life on my PC though, so I don't mind spending money on it to enhance my experience. I love the card and the performance.
