Question To change 4770s to 4770 or not?

I currently have a 4770s with stock cooler, Asus B85M, 16GB, GTX 1060, SSD. I intend to play FSX (CPU dependent) with triple-monitor set up (high quality settings not required). I initially bought HP EliteDesk 800 G1 i4770 which I planned to upgrade with GTX1060 but realized it's too much hassle since it has a proprietary PSU insufficient to power the card. Before I sell it I wonder is it worth swapping the CPUs? As I can see the turbo boost is the same at 3.9 GHz. Does it mean they will perform the same under the load? Will the stock cooler manage to dissipate the heat over longer periods (hours)? When not playing FSX I'd be surfing and would prefer having a low consumption model.

You do not get any advantage by replacing the 4770s with the 4770 and you are going to waste more electricity.
