To raid or not to raid my server

Hello! I have a small home media server running on WHS 2011, which is used mostly for 1080p streaming and backups the rest of my computers. I have 4 2 tb HDD's currently configured as a drivepool. The motherboard I have (asrock pro 4) is capable of only running raid 0,1,5 and 10. I currently have about 3 tbs of HDD space used. I just wanted your guy's opinions on if I should just leave it be or raid? Heres the specs for my build....

CPU: Celeron G530 2.4GHz
RAM: 4x2 8gb 1600mhz
Motherboard: asrock pro 4
HDD: 4 sata3 2 tb = 8tb (I just got an additional 2tb hitachi drive, but I'm not sure if I'll sell it or keep it)
PSU: Fanless kingwin 550 watts
Case: Lian LIPC-V354

You could leave it be, but be aware if a drive fails you risk you risk your data.

So in my situation would it be better to have a raid 1 array or raid 5? Im trying to protect my data but at the same time trying to get the most memory back as well.

raid 5 with that many drives. raid one mirrors between 2 drives,

raid 1 - 4tb space

raid 5 - 6tb space

if you add the hitachi drive in raid 5 you will have 8tb of usable space
