I'm so used to PC gaming that I find it very difficult to play any console style games on my phone. It's not difficult as in "hard" but it's difficult as in it annoys me because the control functionality is so far off from what I'm used to. I keep my phone games limited to just your basic time killing simple control games such as Angry Birds, Ski Safari, Cut the Rope, etc. Maybe that's just the old man and PC enthusiast in me

I find Android to be a barrage of FTP, fremium and other crap. If they would put better production quality into games and charge a price, they would have me. Unfortunately, this crap trend seems to be making its way to the PC gaming market. I would much rather pay 60 bucks for a quality game than get nickel and dimed by a free game.

Same thing here. Mobile gaming is good if you're in a waiting room, on the bus, etc. But I don't see the point in games such as Dead Trigger, since they drain a lot of battery and I need my phone when I'm out and about. And there's no point in playing them at home since computer is right next to me.

Not really. Games like Angry Birds, Temple Run, Cut the Rope, etc. are good games that don't shove freemium down your throat. There are also a lot of casual games like chess, sudoku, etc. But a lot of games like Dead Trigger, Rage of Bahmut, etc are freemium, but the majority isn't.

The Bards Tale.... Worked pretty good on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10,1..
Price was 4.99$ with no annoying ads that irritated game play. In game purchases are available, but not needed.
The onscreen joystick was reasonably easy to use.

Plenty of playtime with a good and funny story-line, gave me flashbacks to the original game I played on C-64, where you had to walk through dungeons and cities on step by step and write down a map on a piece of paper to mark the temples / inns and towers.

One of the few tablet games thats well worth the money.

dont forget it includes(or will include) the original games as well. this is one of the very few tablet/phone games Ive enjoyed. worth much more than the $3 I payed for it on christmas.
