I think it was Cell. The whole story about future Trunks, how the world got screwed over, and then finally a weird alien that can absorb people and steal their powers was pretty interesting. Especially since teen Gohan was super cool back then.

I don't think it's possible for Cell to make a comeback unless the author decides to make the cells of Cell float deep in the outer space, get picked up by some other planet or universe, and then make him super strong.

Broly is probably the best villian because he was stronger then Goku when he was a baby, his power level was over 9000 when he was a baby, 10000 to be exact 😛 and he is the largest super saiyan in the whole DBZ series

Tough question. Buu, in all his various forms, was an interesting villain. Broly, was really cool too, at least in the first movie with him - Less a fan of "BioBroly" really. Cell was awesome, and quite a dramatic arc. Frieza is so very iconic, down to even being the subject of the new stuff in question.

I think I'll have to go with Buu though. The various different personalities he took on in the various forms were both entertaining and powerful, so I think I like him most as a villain - though I prefer the Cell arc the most still, for the story aspects.

frieza off course. first time seeing goku became super saiyan, credit goest to frieze because he killed many ally that made goku become super saiyan. not to mention, he got many transformation..after golden transformation in the latest movie?whats next..lol

The whole Frieza family and maybe Broly. (Sorry if I misspell the names. I watched the Japanese version. Can't stand the English dub.) Just wish Frieza had another form like his brother Khuler. And the bio-Broly was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, I didn't care for the latest releases of the DBZ movies (Battle of Gods and Resurrection F). Could have been a lot better IMHO.

Hands down Frieza. Lets look at all the things Frieza did.He committed not one but 2 genocides. He owns and traded around planets like candy.He had a planet trade from all the planets he own.So most likely he was responsible for more than 2 genocides as he had these planets cleared of all life before puting them up on his planet trade market. Frieza was so powerful outside of the Ginyu force the only people story wise to actually be paid by Frieza and treated with respect out of all his henchmen where the ginyu force everyone else was nothing more than privileged slaves who worked for him because of how terrifyingly powerful he was. He blew up Vagetas planet, personally killed his father, then forced Vageta to work for him. His genocide of Namek showed his cruelty and how he playfully tortures his enemies in battle. Finally every time the heroes thought they had a hope in beating him he would display more power and persist to snatch what little hope the heroes had away. This happened all the way until Goku Turned SuperSaiyan. Frieza wasn't just a villian before being beaten he was a nothing short of a Tyrant god which showed zero mercy for the weak.

Plus he gets Goku to Kaioken the heck out of his body, awesome!
