Behold my complete mess. I really wanted a small case when I built this because my home office is small. So I bought an Antec 300 and cable management is difficult in there. I have often thought about taking a dremel and creating some holes so I can hide wires behind the other side panel, but alas I have been too lazy. At this point I will keep this rig likely until Haswell or Skylake. It suits my needs and still runs very fast, I recently picked up a 2nd GTX460 from ebay and went SLI plus added the SSD. As you can see things are tight in here.

My rig:
MB: ASUS P6X58D-E | CPU: Intel I7-950 @ 3.8Ghz OC /w Cooler Master Hyper 212+ | RAM: 3 x 2GB G.SKILL @ 800MHz (DDR1600) | GPU: 2 x MSI N460GTX 1GB Cyclone SLI | HD: Boot\Games - Mushkin Chronos 240gb SSD | HD: Storage - WD Caviar Black 1.5 TB | PS: OCZ ModXStream-Pro 700W | Case: Antec 300

Thanks,
Tim

I particularly do not care for 'detailed' cable management especially with non-windowed cases,
but c'mon man....
:pfff:

is that heatsink/fan from Italy.?
'Leaning Tower of 212+'...

Lol, it is not leaning, it is just crooked slightly. It gives the machine 'character.'

Hey guys, first time posting on here, this is my first build also, about a month and a half ago, built it for Gaming

Just went through tonight and did the best i could really do with cable management in this case. especially with all of the extra cables on my PSU, just shoved them in the SDD cage since its not in use at the moment.

PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W PSU
WD Blue 500gb

yeah ima redo them pictures, but yeah that bundle of wires is just extras from my PSU, nowhere to put them, so just sip tied and got them out of the way as much as i could.

Flip the Psu the right way up as well, that will give your 4/8pin cable a little more slack as a bonus,
it will also stop your Psu affecting the cases airflow,
@Lufij, you've seen worse? thank you for NOT pointing those out to me lol :p

Alright then, im gonna go through it again tonight and see if i can do a bit better on that cable bundle down there, and for the PSU i was unaware the fan was to push into the ground, ah well, the more you know, anything else about this i can improve upon let me know.
