Its Legit and a rare 1941 Mk1 model actually made at the Royal Enfield Factory in the UK instead of the thousands that were made under license in Canada.

Sweet. When my 6yr old daughter was 5 (I swear she went from 5 to 15 overnight, ooh headaches) we gamed together... lol... We played us some nice street fighter iv. She was getting pretty good then she went all "girl" on me, now its about drawing hearts, peace symbols, and i love yous lol

I always run without the case lid. The fractal's arc midi is in the mail! 😀

my six year old son has his own little gaming unit already, ' little mal '.

^ No i didn't use my force powers to predict his next post, I didn't want to add another off-topic reply 😛
She games on her dsi, and I have a 2005 laptop with linux on it for all their wonderfully free educational software and games. Oh and she's become very proficient with android (my droid bionic) and loves her some angry birds, scrabble, bowling, and basketball games :)

Nice Bren ulther. That room is crazy, I would love a man cave like that lol.

Very nice! How is your raptor holding up? Both of my 74s have been replaced once each, and they work fine, just go crunch crunch crunch all the time. I had to pull them =/

simple and clean, just the way I like them.
I'd have to get off that OEM heatsink/fan tho..

He might consider rotating it so the sticker's readable, or put his own sticker on it. 😉

Hey everyone,

New build finished, O/C'd and stable for a couple days. Figured I'd post a picture or two

Thanks for all of the help I got from the tom's hardware forum members on selecting components and such. Please give me feedback and let me know what ya think!

I want that case, tell me about how you feel about it..
I LOVE this case! It's a perfect size for what I wanted (unlike my previous antec twelve hundred build which was HUGE), it has amazing airflow, lots of room for cables behind the mobo tray, easy to build it, exceptionally WIDE making it easy to mount a radiator and still have clearance for ram and such. Overall, I love this case! Would recommend it to anyone!

There's only one downside that I have seen with this case and it's the side fan mount. Fractal needs to offer a window option or something. No dust filter on it, so if you have a fan mounted blowing on graphics cards or something, you're going to get dust in your case, or even if you don't have a fan mounted on it. I've already bought a piece of acyclic and molding to install my own window. Then a little bit of LED case lighting and I'll be completely finished

Very good to hear. My arc midi just arrived Friday. The sad thing is I can't start working with it until the other build is operational, in about a week, otherwise I would miss Tom's. I plan to window mod it too. Please post your results post-window.

Well, I have updated to Bitfenix extensions instead of modright. right off the bat I could tell they were way nicer. Only sad part is my pci 6pin cables were nearly impossible to insert into my graphics cards. I had to get a flat head screw driver and spread apart thet male connectors for all four of the pci cables I ordered before I could get them past half way. I managed to only get one to fully seat, the other 3 are around 2mm or more sticking out of the pcie ports on the graphics cards. Another sad thing is one of them also had a cable fully pop out of it metal and all lol, I jammed it as deep back into the plastic as possible and then just stuck it into my gpu. Its all working fine but yeah, ordering 3 more and praying they work.

On a side note, I learned that tail light tape works MUCH better at large bunches of cables than electrical tape, I used the electrical to wrap the wires tight then I used the tail light tape to stick them to the powder coated metal lol.. I mean, I used nearly a whole role of it but I was able to completely tuck all of my cables behind the back panel so its much easier to put the panel back on now lol.

In a few days I will receive a Scythe Kraze Master Pro 6 channel to replace my sunbeam as well as 2x aerocool sharks 120mm (white led) fans to replace my noctua cooler fans. Any tips on how to hook them up would be nice lol.

Here goes some pics ^_^

Bitfenix cables are sweet and the colors of your machine contrast well... The white, black and blue mix good together. The yellow of the psu would bother me. I was going to go with the AX 1200 but the yellow threw me off so I went with the HX 1050... If the new XFX 1250 is anything like jonnyguru's review of the 850 I think we'll have a new King of 1000w and up.

Thanks, yeah I thought the black vengence ram would show the yellow on it to help go with the psu, which they didn't lol. Plus my HSF is so massive you can't even see them if they did.

I would have gone with a different psu but at the time of purchase (june) it was the best deal I could find. Atleast its mainly corsair/msi/intel brand stuff ^_^

Who knows, I may mod a sheet of metal that will fit right over the side and bottom (top since flipped) so I don't void warranty but can hide it better ^_^

May just do a black L shaped piece painted black with a white Corsair spray painted onto it 😀

I still have to add my window mod to the door panel as well so that will boost its sex points even more. As well as the new white led HSF fans I ordered that will give my case some extra needed lighting as well as better hsf cfm.

Overall I am very happy with my build and can run BF3 with 1080p resolution @ ultra settings 2x aa 16x af 90fov with CCC settings at Super Sampling AA / High Quality Textures / Edge detect all enabled. I can run vsync of 60fps no problems with zero drops once memory usage peaks and then its just 60fps constant with COOOL temps with an overclock of 1.210V @ 905mhz/1385mhz 60C w/ 55% to 85% gpu usage with zero mouse lag input compared to vsync off with 99% gpu usage normally and 63-65C max temps with stock settings lol plus drops below 60's. Strange, but win 😀

Surprised with the 1.21v for an OC of 905mhz... I can hit 950mhz (easy) at 1.2v with my 6950's... although if I go over 1350 on the memory I'll get random lockups and have to hard reboot. Safe to say my cards mem. doesn't like being pushed to far.

I don't know what volt to mess with in AB to raise mem any further but @ stock settings it maxes out at 1385mhz

the reason for the weak overclock is because one of the cards (the one I purchased awhile back) was a weak overclocker to begin with. I could only overclock to 860mhz with stock voltage. @ 1.174V I can do 885mhz/1385mhz

I want to go higher since my temps are more controlled but I think I would just be creating more heat than performance. I wonder how to oc my memory more lol, its still at stock voltage for whatever volt is required to overclock it so it should give me that extra boost I was looking for, I just gotta figure it out first lol..

Don't really want to take the thread OT but the Frozer III's are highly successful "soft mod" unlockers - meaning the 6970 shaders with 6950 clocks. With your current clocks and unlocked shaders you'd be @ OC'd 6970 speeds... just leave it at that... the OC on mem. actually causes more problems than helps. I'm currently at 900/1350 but was at 960/1375 and the very slight improvement in fps didn't justify the stress on the cards. VRM temps, mem. temps, core temps, etc. I tried unlocking my shaders in every shape and form but I have either locked ROM or the shaders were laser cut.

edit: do you see an improvement with two bridges over one? Because I do...

Yeah I would like to try and unlock mine ^_^

I have the flash drive and all just not sure how to do it/no balls lol.

Plus the older card that is weak ocer has been having fan noise issues were one fan starts to rattle for no reason but then goes away for a week or 2 lol. Was hoping to not have to RMA it but from the looks of things, if I do and they send me a new one atleast I may have stronger OCing cards then lol.

As of right now that rattle is the only thing bugging me about my system XD

It's pretty straight forward...
1) GPU-z to save original bios.
2) Open RBE and load original bios and go to the last section and check 6970 shaders and save and name it "modded"
3)ATIwinflash to flash the ROM to the modded bios

...if anything goes wrong you have the other card to boot from and just simply flash the "original" bios back. Pretty safe really...

This is my first build and it went perfectly! I don't think it has gotten hotter than 48 degrees celcius during hours of gaming (good?)

Here is an update to mine and the changes I have made since my last post:

■Replaced a terribly loud Corsair TX 650 V2 (would not recommend) with a whisper quiet SeaSonic S12II 620W.
■Replaced the stock (incredibly loud) Corsair 600T top fan with a Xigmatek 200mm which spins at 800RPM which is perfect for my airflow needs and noise requirements.
■Disconnected the front intake fan (doubly loud as the top fan, due to the air moving past the front mesh) and all fans in my case exhaust.
■Added a sleeved 24-pin white NZXT cable extension.
■Added an NZXT White LED cable around the perimeter of the inside. If you're interested, I used the 2 meter model which wrapped around the inside perfectly once (with a little extra)

are those Gainwaird GTX 570's passive cooling or are fans in there, pic is OK quality but I can't be sure..

I can see the fan blades. You're boy is 6. You're not that old but have him take a look just to check 😛

In Firefox, click View, scroll to Zoom, and a right-hand column should appear with the option Zoom In, alternately, try to keyboard command ctrl++ double 😛
