too hig cpu temp

So i got new pc gtx 750ti 8gb ram amd x4 860k and while im not playing cpu is 90 degrees do anyone know what to do?

Sounds like cooler is loose or something.

I bought new pc it was all installed and it has stock cooler.....i bought it yesterday

At idle it was 90 degrees and fan speed was 1440 rpm

If you have no experience building PC's, I wouldn't open up the PC yourself. I'd contact the company/website you bought it from and see if they can help you fix this problem. Hopefully they have a warranty on the PC, or a good customer support hotline.

Can you tell me the name and brand of your computer, and the place you bought it from?

Yes, a stock cooler would not work at all without thermal paste between it and the CPU.

Im asking all this for my friend when i bought mine cpu i had on cooler thermal but while playing i had like 80 or more degrees and i bought thermal put it and temp was like 40 while playing...

Sometimes your CPU's thermal paste can have a bad application, or simply bad thermal paste. If you know how to replace thermal paste, that would certainly be a step in the right direction.

You can buy some cheap, good quality thermal paste here...
