Too much memory being used idle? Bad preformance.

In the past couple days my computer has been quite slow. Nothing too bad. But I'm running into problems. My boot time is taking a few seconds longer than normal. My games arent running smooth. They should be fine but they arent. I'm getting low FPS when I really shouldnt be. I also took off my overclock for the cpu.
System specs:
• CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k
• GPU: 2x EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked
• RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
• Motherboard: ASRock z97 Extreme6 1150
• HDD: WD BLACK SERIES 2TB/ Segate barracuda 1TB
• SSD: 2x 240GB Intel 730 Series
I have scanned my computer with so many things. I somehow think it may be caused by malware. But I really don't know. All my scans are coming up negative for malware. And I've scanned with malwarebytes, spybot, cccleaner, and avast. I would use windows defender but that got shut off for some reason. I've run all of those and none found anything bad. Earlier today when I was playing fallout 4 I got a crash for some reason. after getting substantially low frames. And when I updated my drivers I came into an error with c++. Another huge problem I'm having slow upload speeds. My normal is usually 60/67 but after all this started Im getting 60/12. I honesty have no idea whats going on or how to fix it. I'll attach screenshots of my applications running and ram usage. also, I'm only attaching the applications that I have no idea what they are. Maybe someone could help me. I just really wanna get this fixed. Thanks in advance.
Nick.
PS. I'm not sure if memory is the right place to post this. But memory is the first problem I noticed. Normally I am running 1.4 gb Idle. and now I'm using like 2.6-2.7.

those one could be disable from auto start adobe updater ,eadm form origin , chrome auto luncher , itunes helper ,the one drive if you dont made auto back up, spyboot upgrade ,steam .and java uschedule updater that should free memory and get you system to load faster ,also in glary under advance tools they have memory optimiser you could run then close it and they have a defrag module on the clean up do it that will scan system for obsolete reg key and old temp files even cookies .

I didn't mean to pick that hahah, its fine though. My boot is a ssd so defraging isn't the best idea. But yeah. I don't know what is going on still. I went through everything. I'll try posting this in a nother catogory and see what I can find tehre. Thank you for the help!
