Too much process!

Wouldn't hurt to run "msconfig" and disable the stuff you don't need.
I do but i don't know what is good and what is bad.

msconfig is easy to use, and if you disable something that you need, you can always go back and turn it on again.
start by removing _everything_ .. then look at what you need.. turn that back on first. Go from there.
