Question top mounted radiator & fans, should be used with or without case top exhaust fans?

I'm looking at the MSI MPG Sekira 500P case, and I see that it has a bracket for a top mounted radiator.
My question is, do you take out case exhaust fans to make room for the radiator, or can both be used at the same time?

If both can be used, should the exhaust fans match radiator fans, or can the combo be mixed? Is it preferable to match?

if there is space you can have fans from both radiator sides, otherwise remove them to make room and keep fans below rad as exhaust
