Topspin 90 aka Cisco SFS 3001 password reset

Has anyone here dealt with a Cisco SFS 3001 aka Topspin 90 and knows how to reset the super user password. I set the password to something else and I know what it is but in case I lose it. Does a file have to be tftp transferred in order to reset it?

Ok I figured it out the reset button resets the admin password (which I never set as anything) and from
Topspin> enable
Topspin> dir config
Topspin> delete startup-config
reset the unit
Login:super
Password:super
