Torn between 2 PCs. Which would be better?

I cant decide which pc to get. I dont want to spend more than 750 on a desktop and I see 2 that catch my eye.

Graphics card and ram is better in the second one, but the processor is better in the first one. There is also a 100$ price difference between the two. Would the extra 120$ be worth it for the other computer? Or are both of them junk for around 750$ budget on a desktop?

junk, build one, many posts asking for budget computers within the last 7 days under $800. TRUST ME i have my share of buidls out there
