My toshiba dx1210 aio all of a sudden wont turn on, at all. No power light, nothing. I used a multimeter to check the laptoplike power supply/charger, and it still works, so something must be wrong with the all in one itself. i desperately need to get it working as i have an assignment due in two weeks that is stored on the pc. Thanks

I have to ask, looking through your older threads, do you repair hardware? You seem to have some failing hardware around you, since this is the third thread of the same nature but of a different hardware.

To note, I think if you're certain you measured the input and output for power, then the issue is with the motherbaord or perhaps with other components. See if the AIO will fire up without ram and storage.

Not really, i just get given lots of old tech from friends and my nans boss, so i just mess around in my spare time.

The way the AIO has been designed, it is very difficult to access the HDD, and no good disassembly videos or tutorials seem to exist online... I’ll try running it without RAM though, and see what happens. Thank you

If you absolutely need the data, you will need to remove the drive and connect it externally to another system. That will be the fastest route to your assignment for now. Fixing problems like this can take weeks or months due to part delays, and just raw diagnostic time.

I don’t currently have any other system that can take a desktop drive. Only laptops. Oh well im sure i can explain it
