Download the Win98SE bootdisk from here
http://www.mirrors.org/archived_software/www.bootdisk.com/winfiles1/boot98se.exe
Open this file in WinImage (http://www.winimage.com), click FILE-> OPEN, now
click FILE-> SAVE AS. Give it a name and set the filetype to .IMA. click
SAVE. Close WinImage.
Open NERO Burning Rom(http://www.ahead.de). At the NEW COMPILATION dialog,
select CD-ROM (Bootable). Click on the BOOT tab and select the image file
radio button, then BROWSE. Select your image file that you converted from
above. Uncheck the expert settings checkbox. Now click the NEW button.
Now burn this to a CD.
You now have a boot CD.
On my Toshiba laptop, if I hold ESC as I turn on the computer, I'll get a
keyboard error, press F-whatever to enter setup. Try that to enter the BIOS.
