Can you find the SSD in BIOS? Speaking of BIOS, what are the specs to your entire system? Is this a laptop or a desktop? On another note, how old is the SSD?
its laptop MSI GL73 9sc-027
only 5 months old so SSD is new came along with it.
see the specs and the bold with bigger fount is SSD which shows unknow. it happened after windows update crashed few days back, and for now i have added my old HDD with windows 10 to use my laptop.
the data on SSD is important for me, please help me.
