First time build. My dad and I will be taking this little project on.
I got a list of parts picked out and was wondering if I could get some of ya'll's input on if they are any good, will be compatible with each other, and if I am missing anything. (I'm probably missing something obvious.)

My current computer, and next, surely, is/will be used for the following:
(in order of what I use most often to least often)
Playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Playing Call of Duty 5: World at War
Checking e-mail
Surfing the www. Oftentimes five or six tabs of webpages open at one time
iTunes (160 GB iPod, 16 GB iPhone...and only 40 GB of music and small handful of movies. lol)
Microsoft Office 2007
Quicken 2004
Playing FreeCell
A movie now and then (Pretty rare. Got a 47" T.V. with a couch in front of it in other room. Why use PC with 20" monitor and office chair?)
Picture viewing (not editing, just browsing, reminiscing, wondering where the time has gone)
Maybe, if I get bored, Dreamweaver MX 2004. Web page design program. What ya' see is what ya' get.
So, would these parts make a decent machine for what I typically do?
Thanks!
