Total War: Warwarhammer - CPU issues

Currently running TW:W and my CPU load is hitting 90C on the world map, need to know if this is the game loading on my CPU or is my CPU just no good enough?

GTX 1070
i5-4670K
8G RAMM

The game is known for being CPU Intensive.Your cpu is alright but game is CPU hungry

World map uses all cores and has great FPS. (high temps)
Fights use one core and have terrible FPS. (low/normal temps)

Also you have a K CPU,is it overclocked? 90°C is a tad high unless the CPU is overclocked.
