So I'm building a PC for the first time and I'm looking for some suggestions. I'm planning on using it for gaming, have a budget of around 1k. Ik this isn't much more PCs nowadays, but I'm trying to see what I can get with this budget that can still run games at decent settings. So far I'm planning on getting a Ryzen 5 5600G, a GeForce GTX 1650, a random 750 W power supply a $160 144Hz monitor, a $70 dollar case that has 4 fans and fits my parts, an ASUS TUF Gaming B450M-PLUS II motherboard, 16 GBs of RAM, and a 500 GB SSD. With these parts, my total cost goes over 1k, so I was wondering where I should make cutbacks or if there are better deals out there for specific parts, thanks.

You don't need a 750W PSU unless you plan on...

You don't need a 750W PSU unless you plan on getting a much more powerful GPU later. And you certainly don't want it be a "random" one. It's a safety part; whatever wattage you choose, it should be a competent and safe one, not just whatever.

You can save money with monitor as well. A GTX 1650 isn't really a 144 Hz card in a gaming context, unless you're completely eschewing AAA games and other newer titles.

IMO the 5600g isn't a good value if you don't plan on using the igpu. The 10400 is like $150 or the 12400 is $200 right now so that's what I would go for. 10400 can be comfortably paired with anything up to a 3060 ti. 12400 can be paired with anything considering it beats or matches the 11900k. And a Psu for a 1650 shouldn't cost more than $50 unless you need modular.
Also prebuilt isn't a bad option at that price point. You can get this one that is actually a decent prebuilt with an 11400f and a 2060 https://www.newegg.com/abs-ali587-master/p/N82E16883360222R?Item=N82E16883360222R&Description=abs master prebuilt&cm_re=abs_master prebuilt--83-360-222R--Product
