I've been having this problem with my laptop almost ever since I bought it that, whenever charging (plugged in), my touchpad mouse cursor keeps getting “in slow motion” (lagging?) all of a sudden. The problem keeps appearing and disappearing.
I’ve sent my laptop to Samsung 3 times. They changed the touchpad and the laptop was reset 3 times, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
I’ve been searching this problem like crazy on the web, made some changes on processor power management that I saw about, but it didn’t resolve it.
P.S¹.: If I put a wireless or USB mouse, the problem DOESN’T occur.
P.S².: Even if it’s 100% charged, but the charger is plugged in, the problem occurs.
My laptop is a Samsung Expert X30 NP350XAA-KD1BR, Core i5-8250U, 8GB, 1TB, 15.6”, Windows 10 Home, Version 1909.
Here’s 2 videos to illustrate better the problem:
