I've been having this problem with my laptop almost ever since I bought it that, whenever charging (plugged in), my touchpad mouse cursor keeps getting “in slow motion” (lagging?) all of a sudden. The problem keeps appearing and disappearing.

I’ve sent my laptop to Samsung 3 times. They changed the touchpad and the laptop was reset 3 times, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.

I’ve been searching this problem like crazy on the web, made some changes on processor power management that I saw about, but it didn’t resolve it.

P.S¹.: If I put a wireless or USB mouse, the problem DOESN’T occur.
P.S².: Even if it’s 100% charged, but the charger is plugged in, the problem occurs.

My laptop is a Samsung Expert X30 NP350XAA-KD1BR, Core i5-8250U, 8GB, 1TB, 15.6”, Windows 10 Home, Version 1909.

Here’s 2 videos to illustrate better the problem:

I remember back on some of the old macbooks would have this issue and if i recall correctly it was a sensor issue, it might not be that so first of all try a complete fresh install, go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 download and run windows installation media and plug in an empty 8gb or more usb drive follow the setup instructions in windows installation media wait for it to finish, unplug the usb stick turn off laptop, boot into the usb and install a fresh copy of windows 10. If that doesn't work ask samsung to send you a new laptop, if it's still under warranty if not you could try taking it to a local repair shop to take a closer look at it (obviously after the current outbreak).

Thank you for your reply!

I've already completely reset my laptop (3 times!). Is it any different than a fresh Windows install?
