Question Touchpad not working after BIOS update ?

Laptop model: Lenovo L3 81Y3

The touchpad has stopped working after BIOS upate.

What I did:

1. Install new Windows and update
2. Install all drivers from Lenovo website
3. Touchpad does not work even in safe mode, it was working before BIOS update. 4. BIOS version was 23, it is now 31

Hello, thank you for your reply, I installed the BIOS driver, but the BIOS version did not change and it remained the same as ejcn31ww, and I changed the hard drive and windows again, and updated all the drivers, but the touchpad still does not work. No, there is no question mark in the device manager and all the drivers were updated along with Windows. I have 4 photos, but I could not upload them to you.

did you disable the touchpad in windows settings? or maybe it´s disabled and you have to enable it

no I press the fn+f6 button and the touch pad opens and closes. I installed windows uefi several times and even installed the ssd hard drive. Is it possible to downgrade the bios?Has the updated BIOS caused this problem?
