[SOLVED] Touchscreen not working on HP Touchsmart 520-1100z ?

I upgraded my HP Touchsmart 520-1100z to Windows 10, and I cannot use the touchscreen anymore. So, here's some background information: Windows Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 (which is what was installed on the PC), so I uninstalled Windows 7 and installed Ubuntu on it to play around with Ubuntu (the touchscreen didn't work with Ubuntu, but I didn't think anything of it because there was no linux support for it).

My wife now uses the computer and doesn't want Ubuntu, so I installed Windows 10 on it. Unfortunately, when I did that, the touchscreen no longer works. It is recognized under hardware as just "Touchscreen." It does not list manufacturer or anything and when I try to install the original NextWindow Voltron Touchscreen driver, it does not work. So far, nothing I have tried will allow me to use the touchscreen. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Very likely a driver issue since HP haven't released any Windows 10 drivers for that particular model, only Windows 8 & Windows 7 are supported.

The Voltron Touchscreen driver from HP is for Windows 7 & that won't work on Windows 10.
Curously, there's no touchscreen driver listed at all for Windows 8.
