Question Trace and horizontal flicker Asus monitor VP247HAE

Hey guys.
I recently bought the Asus VP247HAE monitor and have had some constraints in using it. It turns out that (in the factory options) the image trace is large, and I see this by dragging windows or even the cursor itself.
I also noticed that in videos with a lot of movement the image flickers a little with random horizontal lines.
All help is welcome.

Connection: HDMI
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GT710 2047MB
GeForce Driver Version:465.89 (30/03/2021)
MotherBoard: ASRock J4105M (CPUSocket)
CPU (integrated): Intel (R) Celeron (R) J4105 CPU @ 1.50Ghz (4 CPUs)
RAM: 2x4GB Gskill 2400MHz (not sure on the MHz)
System: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Version for your OS? We're currently on version 20H2. Also, What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Aftermarket PSU or did it come with the chassis?

Yeah, Windows is 20H2.
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. P1.00, 03/01/2018 (I never updated, should I?)
PSU came with the chassis (500W).
