hi all

today i got a message from isp that you have consumed 80% of data usage limti.

80% means 32gb and was suprised at the stats.

in 20 days i have must have watched around 5-10 videos (non-hd) and downloaded some scripts or software

and they must be around 1GB in total.

when i asked them where can i see my usage stats then they replied that you can see on our website.

But the problem is they dont show real time usage.

they update the usage after 24 hours.

So my question is :

Does anyone installed a window software that can show me daily internet usage ??

although microsoft has stopped it support but i still use window xp .

there are lot of software on google but i asked here so that i dont get extra software installed with it ??

So if anyone had tried any software for tracking daily usage of internet

without any extra spam software getting installed then please recommend me or post a link ??

Depending on your ISP, they might also have a smartphone app you can use. For example, we use AT&T for our cell phones, & their myAT&T app actually will update on your data usage -- not quite a "second-by-second" update, but it actually updates every time you access the app.
