I am trying to transfer my now old hardrive- SEAGATE BARRACUDA 80Gbytes TO MY Dell COMPUTER. there are [4 Male prongs then {8 male prongs then [37 prongs-> {16 + 1+16} on the back of old hardrive. I'm not a geek but can be pointed in the right direction

Well if all you need is the data go buy an external enclosure for the old drive. New multi GB and TB drives are getting cheap no need to reuse an 80GB drive unless you want an external storage solution which that enclosure would give you.
