I'm going clone my HDD to my new SSD , and then build a new computer. New parts and everything from
the last one, if I install the SSD in the new computer will all my stuff and the OS still be there?

(The OS being a Windows 8.1 originally then updated to a Windows 10.)

Solution
You have to use a special cloning mode that is called dissimilar cloning, that takes care of drivers and insures a stable system, trueimage has it and so do practically all cloning tools, link for example.

A simple clone like the one you did might still work without issues it's just not guaranteed.

Yes if the OS boots up everything will be how you left them, your registration is a different matter and you will probably have to call the automated service number from MS to reactivate your OS on the new hardware.
