As far a I know, that has 6 sata ports, a pcie x16 slot plus a pci slot. It should make a decent starter.

Power being used is what the psu will make, not what its capable of - so efficiency aside a 250w psu would use the same power from the wall as a 550w if all you are using is 200w.

the bad part is the network is 10base-t (10 mb/s) but thats nothing that a gigabit card wont fix.

Interface: Integrated into motherboard
Technology: Realtek 8111C
Data transfer speeds: up to 10/100 Mb/s
Transmission standards:10-Base-T Ethernet

Is that 10 mb/s or 100 mb/s ?
