Triple monitor setup

Hi, i am building my first pc and i have decided to run it on triple monitors. I was wondering what is the best monitor for triple monitor, sub 400, and 1080-1440p? Also inportant to note that it should not be over 24", and 23" is my preffered size. Thanks!

What graphics card do you have(or will have)? you want to make sure you get monitors that cover the ports your GPU has.
Are you going to do the AMD Eyefinity/Nvidia Surround option of combining the 3 displays into 1 resolution? Or just have 3 monitors?

Do all the monitors combined have to be under $400?
If you're not going to combine the displays, you can get 2 cheaper side monitors with lower refresh rates (you don't need to browse the web at 144hz)
