I don't think so. No nVidia cards use AGP8X yet.

Is it AGP8x compliant? WTF would it be? Is AGP8x usefull for this chip? NO. Why would you even be concerned about that? AGP8x would offer no advantage whatsover to this card. And all AGP8x boards are backwards compatable to AGP4x. When AGP8x IS made available for current AGP4x cards, it will be a useless feature.
