Trojan:HTML/Phishlpz Sever: I got this on my computer a couple of days ago. Microsoft Defender does not seem to be able to deal with it. It won't quarantine or remove. Need advise. Ant programs available to remove this virus? Thanks

You can just work down the list; if one program isn't able to fix your issue, another may. They're all free:
Avast
AVG
Bitdefender
Avira

If that does not work, you may have to screw with the registry, but I would not recommend this if you have no idea what you're doing...
Have you tried booting into safe mode?

If you're seeing Windows Security hit this while using Firefox (or the file it catches is in a Firefox cache folder), it seems to be a recent bug and most likely a false positive: https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/disc...ng-trojan-html-phish-pz-threat-with/m-p/48614 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1872395

However, to be absolutely safe, the recommendation is to download Malwarebytes and run a full scan. It's going to take a few hours, but if that turns out clear, you're probably OK.
